Project Description
This urban residential project in Vienna’s 16th district was realized between 2010 and 2012. The design emphasizes clear spatial organization and the integration of modern building systems. The compact volume maximizes the site’s potential while creating a calm, livable urban environment. A close coordination between architecture and building services ensured a sustainable and contemporary result.
