Project Description
A structurally and physically problematic villa from the 1960s was completely renovated and adapted to meet contemporary residential standards. Both the exterior—where a thermal renovation was combined with a new façade design—and the interior layout were thoroughly restructured. The building services were also upgraded: improved insulation for the façade and windows, active and passive solar elements, and an architecturally striking sunshade for the existing winter garden, which also serves as a rooftop terrace. The garden was enhanced with the addition of a swimming pool and sun deck, creating a new quality of outdoor living.
