Project Description
The refurbishment project of the building at Siebenbrunnengasse 69 in Vienna is the result of an invited architectural competition held in 2022, in which Jadric Architektur ZT GmbH was awarded first prize. The project was developed through phases 1 to 4 during the years 2022 and 2023.
The project visualizations illustrate various design aspects — from exploded axonometric views of the attic to interior perspectives of the new residential units. The project at Siebenbrunnengasse 69 represents a thoughtful approach to the extension and revitalization of the residential building stock within an urban context.
