The differentiated structure of the building derives from the distinct openings of the façades. The views, which are the decisive criteria for the sculptural structure, define the design of the façades. All apartments are designed as cross-ventilated apartments. A high quality of living is achieved through good daylight conditions and high spatial quality.
The extensively greened roof gardens represent another special quality, both for the users and for the ecological enhancement of the entire neighbourhood. Half of the apartments have their own gardens. The courtyard structure gives the whole house an intimate scale, combining the qualities of the apartment block with the scale of the single-family home.
