The residential building at Schönbrunner Straße 124 is located in Vienna’s 5th district, Margareten, in a central site right next to Bruno-Kreisky Park. It comprises the corner parcel of the block on Schönbrunner Straße and Sankt Johann Gasse and has two representative facades. Its location close to the centre offers numerous shopping facilities and restaurants. The station Margaretengürtel of the U4 underground line and various bus connections are in the immediate vicinity.

The prominent corner building will be expanded by two attic floors, which will contain a total of 7 new apartments. These are mainly planned as maisonettes with associated terraces and roof terraces.

The façade with its high-quality ornamentation will be preserved and repaired, and the statue on the corner avant-corps will be secured. Additional value will be created for the existing apartments on the standard floors in the form of spacious green loggias and balconies in the quiet and shady courtyard.

A new passenger elevator provides barrier-free access to all floors, including the basement. The warm grey plaster façade is complemented by a grey roof covering made of aluminium sheeting. The roof is planned with a slight bend as an elegant sloping surface with generous glazing.
