The residential building at Schönbrunner Straße 122 is located in Vienna’s 5th district, Margareten, in a central site right next to Bruno-Kreisky Park. This location close to the city center offers numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants, doctors and pharmacies. The Margaretengürtel station on the U4 subway line and various bus connections are in the immediate vicinity. The prominent “Spätgründerzeit”-style building is being expanded to include two new attic floors, which contain a total of 4 modern apartments. All apartments will have a spacious terrace or even a roof garden. The facade with high-quality decor is preserved and renovated. Further added value is created for the existing apartments in the form of spacious green loggias and balconies in the courtyard.
A new elevator provides barrier-free access to all floors, including the basement. The cream-white plastered facade is complemented by a gray roof covering made of aluminum sheet. All roof window frames and portal constructions are designed in the color of the roof to create a calm overall impression.
