Das Wohnhaus aus der Spätgründerzeit befindet sich in der Liechtensraße im 9. Bezirk, in der Nähe des historischen Palais Liechtenstein.
The building will be extended by two floors in the converted attic, which contain a total of 3 new apartments characterized by their generous open spaces and generous floor plans.
The facade will be renovated and plastered in a warm white tone. The existing decoration will be renewed.
The existing apartments in both the street and the courtyard wing will be equipped with private balconies facing the inner courtyard.
A newly constructed elevator provides barrier-free access to all floors, including the basement. The two-story roof is planned as an elegant surface with generous glazing that blends harmoniously into the roof landscape of the historic Viennese city block. This allows wide views across the 9th district towards the western hills of Vienna.
