The residential building at Diehlgasse 42 is located in Vienna’s 5th district, Margareten.
The “Gründerzeit” style building with an additional courtyard wing is being renovated and almost all apartments in the existing building are being refurbished. After the renovation, the four-story building will contain 31 residential units. There are three spacious attic apartments in the street wing and two penthouses in the courtyard wing. Two apartments on the top floor are planned as maisonette apartments.
After renovation, almost all apartments include open spaces in the form of gardens, roof terraces, balconies or loggias. The compact ground floor apartments are enhanced by their own quiet green gardens in the courtyard.
